Soliman's Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT)
Dr. Dagg-Murry at Fairfield Acupuncture is a certified provider of Soliman's Auricular Allergy Treatment or SAAT. Dr. Dagg-Murry was trained by Dr. Nader Soliman, a pioneer in auricular acupuncture. Dr. Soliman developed this treatment to treat all types of allergies.
What is SAAT?
SAAT is a non-invasive acupuncture treatment that will eliminate or extremely reduce the patient's allergy symptoms. The process of SAAT involves the insertion of an incredibly small needle(s) into the ear and is then covered with medical tape. The needle(s) stay in for about 4 weeks, which is the time it takes for the allergy desensitization to begin.
What Allergies Can Be Treated?
- Alpha-Gal Allergy (also known as Red Meat Allergy)
- Chemical Allergies
- Environmental Sensitivities
- Food Sensitivities
What to Expect at Your SAAT Appointment?
When you make an appointment for SAAT, the consultation, testing, and treatment will be completed all in one appointment. At Fairfield Acupuncture, prior allergy test results are not needed. However, we do welcome any prior test results that you may have. The allergy testing that Dr. Dagg-Murry performs does not require any blood testing or skin patch pricking.
